SENATE BILL NO. 304 An Act relating to eligibility for the                     
longevity bonus program; and providing for an effective date was

Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 3492.  Senator               
Lincoln objected, then withdrew her objection.  There being no                 
further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) An Act                     
relating to the permanent disqualification of certain individuals who          
have been absent from the state for payments under the longevity               
bonus program; and providing for an effective date was adopted and             
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) was read the third time.                       
                                                                               
The question being: Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS)
